True Affordable Living
This program supplies you with your own grid of power, water, sewer and food. Your new Tiny Home is 400 square feet or smaller with many designs viewable on our affiliate website ''thesearegood.com''. We will build your Tiny Home on church property that you lease. Throughout the year you will receive ranched and farmed food from the very land you are on for free. Your house, as well as all your supplies, are portable if you ever want to leave Church land.
Bridging the Gap
This is our 18-month re-homing program. Here is where we supply dignified homes with their own kitchen, bathroom, sleeping and office areas. Participants donate time to the church in lieu of rent to start and slowly transition to paying only rent over 9 months. By the programs end, we return up to 50% of what you paid in rent for the down payment on one of our True Affordable Living Homes.
